Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Many also highlighted the good location and, in several cases, the quality of the breakfast. However, there were repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some guests found the breakfast average or lacking in variety. A few reviews mentioned issues with room size and amenities, but overall, the positive aspects such as service, cleanliness, and comfort stood out.
