Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the thermal baths, city center, and public transport. Many reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with several guests noting positive experiences at the reception and with lost items. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. However, opinions on breakfast are mixed, with some finding it adequate and others expecting more variety or quality. Bed comfort receives criticism due to old or separated mattresses, but overall, guests feel the hotel offers good value for its price.
