Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and found the beds to be comfortable. Several reviews highlighted modern and spacious rooms, especially in recently renovated areas. However, many guests reported significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom hygiene. Service was also a concern, with reports of unresponsive staff and inconsistent housekeeping.
