Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring the city and attending local events. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with many guests noting their positive experiences at check-in and during their stay. Breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and plentiful. Cleanliness was also appreciated, though a few reviews mentioned issues in some rooms. Some guests noted that the rooms, especially in the older part of the building, could be hot or difficult to access due to stairs, and a few felt that certain facilities could use modernization. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel for its charm, service, and location.
