Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, especially in bathrooms, and maintenance issues such as faulty facilities and inconsistent hot water. While some found the value acceptable, others felt the price did not match the room quality. The overall experience was positive for those who prioritized service and location, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
