Summary of reviews

Guests say

Overall, guests appreciate the hotel's location, friendly service, and extensive amenities, particularly for families and children. The waterpark, pools, and beach access are frequently mentioned as highlights. However, there are recurring concerns about cleanliness, repetitive or limited food options, and some issues with noise and room soundproofing. While many guests enjoyed their stay and found the staff helpful, others felt the hotel did not fully meet five-star expectations, especially regarding food variety and room maintenance. The hotel is recommended for families, but some improvements are needed in housekeeping and dining.
