Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's amenities, including the spa, pools, and beautiful grounds, as well as the quality of breakfast and spacious, clean rooms. However, several reviews highlighted disappointing service, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, miscommunications, and issues not being resolved to guests' satisfaction. While the facilities and atmosphere were widely appreciated, the service did not always meet the expectations for a luxury hotel.
