Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff, noting that check-in was smooth and some staff members were accommodating. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, reporting dirty carpets, musty smells, and unclean bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was widely criticized for its poor quality, limited selection, and lack of replenishment. Several guests mentioned issues with the pool being closed or not as advertised, and there were repeated complaints about misleading information regarding parking fees and amenities. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were positively received, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and amenity accuracy.
