Guest reviews are mixed for this hotel. The location is frequently praised for its convenience, especially for those using public transport or visiting nearby attractions. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the service, citing slow check-in, unprofessional or rude staff, and issues with amenities. Cleanliness is also a concern, with several mentions of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Room size and comfort are noted as lacking by some guests. While a few guests found the hotel to be good value for the price, others felt it did not meet their expectations. Overall, the hotel’s location is its strongest point, but improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room quality.
