Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the ferry, restaurants, and shops. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the building's unique historic charm and atmosphere. Some guests found the rooms comfortable and good value for the price. However, several reviews noted the hotel is showing signs of age, with maintenance issues and outdated facilities, and some were disappointed by the lack of a restaurant and cleanliness concerns. Overall, the positives centered on location, service, and character.
