Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and overall cleanliness. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several mentioned comfortable beds. However, noise is a recurring issue, with reports of poor soundproofing, street noise, and disturbances from neighboring rooms or nearby bars. Some guests also noted inconsistent service and occasional cleanliness issues in shared spaces. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but light sleepers may want to take precautions.
