Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many appreciating its proximity to parks, restaurants, and the university. The room size and inviting atmosphere were also highlighted positively. However, reviews were mixed on cleanliness and service, with some guests noting issues with room cleanliness and staff professionalism, while others found the staff friendly and helpful. The lack of included breakfast and limited breakfast options were common complaints. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and comfortable rooms, but improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and breakfast offerings are needed.
