Guests say
The reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues like bed bugs. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others had negative experiences with service and staff responsiveness. The pool and breakfast received mixed feedback, with a few guests enjoying these amenities, but others noting problems with pool cleanliness, access hours, or breakfast variety. The hotel's location was sometimes seen as convenient, but not universally praised. Overall, positives included occasional mentions of friendly staff, a decent pool, and good location for some guests, but these were outweighed by frequent complaints about cleanliness and comfort.
