Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near shops, restaurants, and attractions, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms and outdated facilities. Service was also a common concern, with reports of poor communication, unhelpful staff, and problems during check-in and reservation processes. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and a few mentioned maintenance issues such as leaking HVAC systems and noisy rooms. Overall, while the location and room size were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and comfort.

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, quiet, nice view, close to everything for my teen daughter to shop and be entertained. She enjoyed the fitness area also. The Chocolate Torte cake in Allora was memorable!
