Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Six Flags and local amenities. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several positive mentions of customer service. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many guests, with repeated reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues like stained linens or pests. The breakfast offering was also widely criticized for being minimal, poorly maintained, or not matching online descriptions. While some guests found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, negative experiences with cleanliness and breakfast were common.
