Poor
Hugo, Mar 2026
Not enough clean towels even after asking for them. Leaking faucets. Moldy bathrooms and carpets. Loud AC unit. AC unit unable to lower temperature in room. Pool had no water for weeks per the front desk, yet there were pool towels on the floor around the pool that had been sitting there for a while.

Not clean. No regular coffee in room. Beds were not very comfortable. Carpets were filthy in the hotel. I expected breakfast, but had to pay.

Pros (+) I enjoy the hot breakfast and the snacks at the end of the day. That area was a great place to congregate after a long day with colleagues.
