Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially for events at Truist Park, and some found the staff friendly and the breakfast enjoyable. However, many were disappointed by the closed or poorly maintained pools, extra charges for parking and breakfast, and issues with service such as unfriendly staff, booking errors, and problems with the shuttle. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but amenities often did not meet expectations, and several guests reported problems with accessibility and room comfort.
