Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. The hotel's location is a major point of concern, with many reviewers describing the surrounding neighborhood as unsafe or unpleasant due to the presence of drug users and general degradation. Noise issues are mentioned in several reviews, particularly for rooms near the reception or facing busy streets. Overall, while the service and cleanliness are strong positives, the location and noise levels detract from the experience.
