Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. Some reviewers mention friendly or helpful staff, but many others report negative experiences with unhelpful or rude service. Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests describing rooms as old, dirty, or poorly maintained. Breakfast is generally considered basic or poor, and bed comfort is frequently criticized. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service, cleanliness, and comfort often disappoint.
