Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast options, convenient location near attractions, and a variety of amenities such as multiple onsen baths and entertainment facilities. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including musty smells, dust, and outdated or broken facilities, especially in bathrooms. While some rooms were reported as clean and recently renovated, others felt old or poorly maintained. Overall, positives centered on value, breakfast, and amenities, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
