Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location on the Nile, with beautiful views and easy access via boat, as well as the generally warm, attentive, and professional service—Christeen from guest relations received frequent special mentions. Many found the rooms spacious and appreciated the relaxing pool area. However, several reviews noted significant cleanliness issues, dated facilities, and maintenance problems, with some disappointment in the food and certain amenities not meeting 5-star expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out for most guests.
