Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and convenient location, often highlighting the lush gardens and proximity to the lake. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast offerings were generally appreciated, especially for variety and quality. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds contributed to a relaxing stay. However, some guests mentioned issues with service, such as overcharging, untrained staff, and occasional rudeness. Other drawbacks included limited amenities like the absence of a pool, access difficulties, and some maintenance concerns. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making for a pleasant experience.
