Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests praised the hotel for its clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being out of order, which disappointed those who booked specifically for this amenity. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others found it lacking in variety or quality. Overall, cleanliness and service were consistent positives, but the non-functioning pool and limited breakfast options were notable drawbacks.

Pros (+) This hotel was great, our overnight stay was excellent. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others.

Pros (+) Pool was great! Big and clean and never busy. Most of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) No elevator and our room was a long walk up multiple flights of stairs - not easy when you are very pregnant, have a two year old, and lots of luggage. Rooms were air conditioned but the rest of the hotel is not. Room service did not clean our room in the 3 days we were there - perhaps they tried to come by during the hour my son was napping...?
