The service, particularly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, received high marks, with several guests mentioning specific staff members by name. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast was a common point of criticism, with guests finding it limited or lacking in variety.
