Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the stadium and local attractions, making it a convenient choice for events. However, the majority of reviews were negative regarding cleanliness, with frequent mentions of roaches, bad odors, dirty bathrooms, and unclean rooms. Service also received criticism, with reports of rude staff, poor customer service, and issues with housekeeping. Many guests felt the value for price was poor, citing unexpected parking fees and subpar room conditions. Bed comfort was also a concern, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable beds with plastic covers. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.

Pros (+) Front desk clerk was great at check in and out.
Cons (-) Diabetic breakfast options were non existent. Only breads, sweet yogurts, sweet cereals, & waffles were available. There needed to be proteins. At minimum boiled eggs and cheeses would have been sufficient:

Pros (+) You can’t beat this hotel’s location if you are attending an event at AT&T Stadium, but they do jack up their rates by a factor of 3 to 4 times non-event dates. They also require a 2-night minimum if you want to leave your car parked in their lot on game days. Both nights at the top-dollar price, by the way. We ended up going next door to a Jack-in-the-Box to get a decent breakfast. Room was clean...
