Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. The staff and service are frequently highlighted as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many guests noting well-kept rooms and common areas. However, several guests were disappointed by the high cost and quality of breakfast, as well as expensive parking fees. Some also experienced issues with air conditioning and check-in processes, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Hotel has significant construction ongoing. The noise was quite bothersome. Unable to regulate temperature in room.

Ziggy, Jun 2019
Cons (-) There was construction with hammering noises and then heavy drilling (you could feel the vibration on the floor) starting at 9am and going through all the way past 1pm. If you aren't in the room at that time, you wouldn't have noticed it. But if you're sleeping in, beware of the construction. This was on the 9th floor.

Wonderful
Mike, May 2018
Pros (+) Location is fantastic, as is the staff. You're a block from the Crystal City Metro stop and there's also a shuttle that runs to the airport if your luggage requirments make the Metro too painful.
Cons (-) Some aspects of the room feel slightly dated and could stand to be updated. That's about it!
