Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and cleanliness, with several also highlighting comfortable beds and friendly staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality of service, with staff described as unhelpful or insufficient in number, and slow responses to guest needs. The breakfast and restaurant offerings were frequently criticized for lack of variety and quality, and many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing extra charges for amenities and parking. Overall, while some enjoyed their stay, improvements in service, breakfast, and value are needed.
