Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for skiing, access to the village, and proximity to the train station. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, the small room sizes, and uncomfortable beds. The lack of windows in many rooms, poor ventilation, and misleading room descriptions are common complaints. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stand out.
