Pros (+) The front staff were very nice and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The room was nice because it separated the sleeping area and living room area with an actual door. That is a very nice feature for young children who go to sleep earlier than the adults do.
Cons (-) The pool was shutdown during our stay, with hopes of it being fixed within our stay time. I was there for eye surgery, and we had hoped for the pool to entertain our children. The staff did offer to let us cancel, but we had no time to look for other hotels with working pools. It would have been nice to receive a phone call prior to checking in so we could've made arrangements ahead of time.
