Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the authentic, relaxing atmosphere. Many highlighted the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, as well as the high quality of both Japanese and Western meals. The onsen experience was also frequently mentioned as a highlight. However, some guests noted that certain bathroom facilities felt outdated or had unpleasant odors, and a few mentioned minor room comfort issues. Overall, the positive aspects, especially the service and dining, far outweighed any negatives.
