Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and reports of bedbugs. Service is frequently described as unprofessional, unresponsive, or even rude, with some guests experiencing significant problems with check-in and staff behavior. Noise levels are a common concern due to thin walls and disruptive guests, and several guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, major improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and comfort.
