Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often noting its proximity to key attractions and the city center. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the charming atmosphere with features like a rooftop terrace and courtyard. However, there were frequent complaints about uncomfortable beds, small room sizes, and noise disturbances, particularly at night. Cleanliness and value for price were mentioned positively in some reviews, but issues with bed comfort and noise were recurring negatives.
