Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's unique atmosphere, beautiful location, and rich history, describing it as more than just a hotel—an experience with museums, gardens, and well-preserved ruins. The breakfast and food are frequently highlighted as excellent, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of rooms are appreciated. However, several guests report issues with service, particularly at reception, and mention problems with blocked credit card charges, slow check-in, and inconsistent staff attentiveness. Despite some negative experiences with service, the overall impression is very positive, especially for the hotel's ambiance, architecture, and amenities.
