Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and spacious rooms. Many mention the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the charming atmosphere. However, some guests experienced issues with service, such as rude front desk staff, disorganization, and poor transportation coordination. Noise from large groups and communal areas was a common complaint, and a few guests noted problems with misleading advertising, room changes, and unpleasant bathroom odors. Despite these negatives, the overall impression is positive, especially regarding cleanliness and location.
