Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and old town, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many enjoyed the private beach club and found the rooms spacious and clean in some cases. However, several guests were disappointed by the value for price, noting that the hotel did not meet 4-star expectations, with some rooms being small, outdated, or lacking in comfort. Breakfast received mixed feedback, and a few guests mentioned issues with amenities such as air conditioning, noise, and maintenance. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights.
