Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful service, with many mentioning the owners and staff as a highlight of their stay. The location is highly appreciated for its proximity to the beach, city center, and public transport. Cleanliness and the charming, well-maintained atmosphere also received positive remarks. Some guests noted that rooms can be quite small and a few mentioned issues with bed comfort, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
