Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the area. Many also appreciated the comfortable beds and the historical charm of the property. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise, particularly from air conditioning units, as well as mixed experiences with cleanliness and service. Some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, while others reported unhelpful or rude interactions. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding, with a few complaints about musty smells and room conditions. Overall, the location and comfort were the main highlights, though improvements in noise control and service could enhance the guest experience.

I really needed to rest but that was not going to happen 7:30 am. every morning house keeping having conversations n banging around in hall. I asked to please keep it down to no avail. Other than that very pleasant stay would recommend to others, but would hope that staff can address issue of keeping noise level down.
