Guests say
Guest reviews are highly polarized. Many guests had extremely negative experiences, citing misleading photos, poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, unhelpful staff, and safety concerns. However, a significant number of recent reviews highlight positive aspects such as friendly and helpful staff, a nice swimming pool, and a convenient location close to the beach and local attractions. Some guests also appreciated the spacious rooms and good value for money. Overall, while some guests had a pleasant stay, others were dissatisfied with the hotel's facilities and service.
