Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast for its variety and quality, and many found the location convenient for visiting Salzburg, with easy access to public transport and parking. However, several reviews highlighted issues with room size, lack of air conditioning, and absence of an elevator, which made stays less comfortable, especially during warm weather or for those with heavy luggage. While some guests appreciated the friendly staff and traditional atmosphere, others experienced inconsistent service and maintenance problems, particularly with cleanliness, odors, and bathroom facilities. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast and location, but amenities and room comfort were common concerns.
