Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and affordable rates as positives. However, there are recurring complaints about poor service, unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and slow response to guest requests. Cleanliness is a major concern, with several reviews citing dirty rooms, stained linens, and the presence of insects. The pool is also criticized for poor maintenance and foul odor. While some guests found their stay acceptable due to the price and location, overall satisfaction is hindered by service and cleanliness issues.
