Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms, noting that some rooms were clean and comfortable. However, many reviews reported issues with cleanliness, such as unclean bathrooms, cockroaches, and lingering odors. Service was also a common concern, with several guests experiencing unresponsive staff, unmet requests, and problems with accessibility accommodations. While some found the beds comfortable, others mentioned flat pillows. Overall, the positives were the location and room size, but cleanliness and service need improvement.

Pros (+) Fitness room was acceptable. Front desk staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Room was not clean enough. I found leftover food in the cupboard and cabinets were not wiped down as well as should be expected during a pandemic. Not enough cooking utensils or cleaning products provided. Overall, the hotel is in bad need of a makeover.

Cons (-) Guest laundry was surprisingly expensive, especially compared to the Extended Stay America across the highway
