Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. The staff are frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviewers note that the rooms are quite small, with some lacking windows or air conditioning, and the noise level can be an issue, especially for rooms facing the street or located in busy areas. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others reporting issues. Overall, the location and service stand out as highlights, while room size and noise are common drawbacks.
