Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, which made it easy to reach major attractions and provided a quiet environment. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty linens, bathrooms, and common areas. Service was frequently described as unfriendly, unresponsive, or even aggressive, with several guests reporting negative interactions with the host and difficulties during check-in and check-out. Accessibility was a concern for many, as the property features steep, narrow stairs that are challenging for guests with luggage, children, or mobility issues. Bed comfort was also a recurring problem, with multiple mentions of small, uncomfortable, or poorly maintained beds. Overall, while the location is a strong point, guests were dissatisfied with cleanliness, service, accessibility, and bed comfort.
