Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently criticized the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with several guests describing rude or unhelpful staff and unresolved complaints. While some appreciated the location and found the staff friendly and helpful, especially at reception, many felt the hotel did not offer good value for money given its condition and amenities. The positive mentions were mainly about the convenient location and occasional good service, but these were outweighed by negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
