Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near major attractions like the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting helpful staff and others reporting unprofessional or unresponsive behavior. Room size was another common concern, as several guests found the rooms small or cramped. Overall, while the location is a standout positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service consistency, and room comfort.
