Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spacious rooms, convenient location near key sites such as the University at Buffalo, and useful amenities like kitchenettes and laundry facilities. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of roaches, dirty utensils, and unvacuumed carpets. Service also received negative feedback, with several guests encountering unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with housekeeping. Despite these drawbacks, the overall room size and amenities were seen as positives, making the hotel suitable for longer stays or families.
