Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to highways, events, and local attractions. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing issues such as dirt, hair, unpleasant odors, and lack of detailed cleaning. Breakfast quality was often criticized, with guests describing it as subpar or lacking variety. Service also received negative feedback, with complaints about unhelpful or hard-to-find staff and issues with room assignments and billing. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and service.

Poor
howdy, Sept 2026
Super did not send payment according to the front desk staff. They wanted to charge me again for the one night stay. Super is refusing to refund based on their policies. Hotel wouldn’t let me stay unless I paid them again but never showed me any evidence that they didn’t receive their payment.

Dustin, Sept 2024
The room stunk of some cheap air freshener that was so strong it made me nauseous. Smelled almost like urine that was made into a “fragrance”. The shower was disgusting. I felt dirtier after showering. The bed wasn’t terrible, but that was the only bright spot. Never staying there again.

Very dated. It looks like nothing has been updated since the 1990s. My room smelled like bad cologne, and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower had black stuff in the crevices, and the lamp shade had a strange stain that covered half of it. Hallway carpet was stained, and the lobby area and hallways had a bad odor. The price was the only decent thing about the hotel.
