Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to restaurants, shopping, and their destinations. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of live staff at the front desk, with many guests frustrated by the self-service kiosk check-in process. Cleanliness was a major concern, as several reviews mentioned dirty rooms, stained sheets, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The breakfast offered was generally considered subpar, with limited options and some items being expired. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others describing them as hard or uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and price were positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
