AC was not working well. It won’t stop by itself. When you need fresh towels, need to pick up yourself downstairs. Staff have great attitudes but provided limited service. The breakfast is the best part of the whole experience.

Larry, Oct 2018
Pros (+) The staff at the hotel are some of the nicest people to be found anywhere. Also, the hotel is clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The rooms are small. Not claustrophobic inducing, but small enough so that bumping into the edge of the bed frame is inevitable.

Poor
Anonymous, Jun 2017
Pros (+) The bed was soft and the staff was amazing
Cons (-) The bed and blankets and entire room smelled like mildew. Also it was freezing even if I put the heat on and kids ran up and down the hallway slamming the stairwell doors
