Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning proximity to restaurants, concert venues, and local attractions. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback: some guests found the rooms and public areas clean and staff friendly, while others reported issues with housekeeping, rude front desk staff, and inconsistent service. Okay
Laretta, Oct 2026
I come in for business a lot and always stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. For some reason, this time, the shower wasn't cleaned appropriately. I don't know if they changed cleaning staff or not. It was disappointing because I loved staying at this hotel.

Pros (+) Location is great, looked like a safe area, around a lot of shopping and good places to eat. Short drive to Avalon and downtown Atlanta
Cons (-) The rooms. Very dark and dingy, they also need a lot of work. Stayed in 2 rooms during this trip, the doors are beat up giving a dirty feel, the decor is very dark and there's just not enough lighting in the room to counter it.
